Payment Policy
Reservations made via this website are guaranteed by submitting credit card information. Rates are subject to a 21% tax and service charge. Rates are quoted in USD, and the hotel will charge the guest in local currency (IDR) using valid hotel exchange rate on the day of payment. The displayed amount in other currencies will be as a reference only. The credit card details that you enter on this website page are a mandatory step in order to secure your reservation, and your card will not be charged at this step. In order to process the payment of your reservation, a payment link will be sent to your email separately by our reservation team, and you are required to follow the instructions. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation should you fail to proceed with the payment as instructed through the link.

Check in Time is from 15.00 hours and check-out until 12:00 hours, unless a late check out has been pre-arranged.
Cancellation Policy

if cancelled before 14 days prior to arrival, no charge applies, if cancelled within 14 days/no show 1 night cancellation policy applies.
- HIGH SEASON
if cancelled before 21 days prior to arrival, no charge applies, if cancelled within 21 days/no show 1 night cancellation policy applies.
- PEAK SEASON
if cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival, no charge applies, if cancelled within 30 days/no show 2 night cancellation policy applies.
- SPECIAL OFFER/Non-Refundable
No cancellation or modification allowed for non-refundable booking. in case cancelled, full amount would be applied and no refund would be given.
Bed Configuration, Connecting Room and Floor Preference
Request for bed configuration, connecting room and floor Preference is not guaranteed. However, this will be subject to availability upon the check in time.
