This September, the leading Bali resort, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali proudly announces the launching of new menu in Jukung Grill. The fresh food list offers an extensive selection of succulent dishes. Matthew Wood, the Executive Chef, puts his artisan touch to this menu to deliver experiences of eating well. He assures that his culinary masterpiece will push the guests’ buttons.
As one of his personal approaches to the guests, Matthew shares the herbs and the procedure of cooking traditional Indonesian Food, Pepes, in the menu. He hopes that the guests can cook Pepes in their hometown when they are craving for Indonesian food. Not only does the menu cater to Indonesian taste, but it also provides delectable western cuisine, such as Grilled Churrasco, and Chicken Quesadilla. Vegetarians are also indulged in this restaurant with Sundanese Karedok, Caesar Salad and other options.
“This menu is to keep our repeater guests feeling like dining in a new restaurant, as well as inviting the future guests.” said Matthew.
Jukung Grill is one of the food and beverage outlets in Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. This restaurant is situated on the white sand beach of Indian Ocean. Serving lunch and dinner, this restaurant is open from 11 am to 11 pm.
