Starting on the 9th of February, the Executive Chef will specially prepare a selection of popular Indian dishes for your dining pleasure.
The menu offers items from a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India- from aromatic curries to vegetarian food. Lamb Rogan Josh, Samosa, butter chicken and prawn tikka, all prepared using traditional spice blends, contributing not only flavor but medicinal properties as well. Executive Chef, Matthew Wood, stated that the menu consists of several, internationally recognized dishes appealing to all guests.
