Check In/Check Out

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 12.00 pm. If you have to check in early or check out late according to your plan, please inform our Reception (subject on availability).

Wi-Fi Coverage And Internet Access

Most public areas and all rooms of the resort have Wi-Fi coverage for your convenience. You can easily access the internet by connecting to the available network.

Electric Current

We provide various types of plugs for your convenience. All rooms are equipped with 220-volt outlets.

Currency

Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk. In Bali, the official currency is Indonesian Rupiah, which is accepted by most merchants. Some places may also accept US Dollars. Additionally, major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are widely accepted.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Each room is equipped with a safe deposit box. We recommend guests store all valuables, including jewelry and cash, in the safe deposit boxes, as Grand Mirage Resort cannot be held responsible for any loss.

Medical Assistance

We have a clinic located on the 1st floor, with a nurse available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A qualified physician is on call 24 hours a day for any emergencies. If you have any prior medical history, require specific medication, or have any current medical conditions that Grand Mirage Resort should be aware of, please notify us prior to your arrival

Electric Whellchairs

Electric wheelchairs are available for an additional charge of IDR 250,000 per day.

Private Car Rental

Private car rental is available at an additional cost for all guests.
